Shake, stir, muddle, garnish, and discover the art of creating great drinks in our fun, hands-on Craft Cocktail & Mocktail Experience at the Innovative Bar Institute.
Designed for anyone who wants to take their drink-making skills to the next level, this interactive class will introduce you to the techniques, ingredients, flavors, and presentation that go into creating impressive craft cocktails and sophisticated alcohol-free mocktails.
You won’t simply watch demonstrations—you’ll get behind the bar and make the drinks yourself. Learn how to properly balance flavors, work with fresh ingredients, use professional bar tools, create attractive garnishes, and give your finished drinks the polished presentation they deserve.
As part of the class, each participant will receive a selection of cocktail-making tools, so you can continue practicing and creating your own drinks at home.
Because this class includes the preparation and tasting of beverages containing alcohol, all participants must be 21 years of age or older.
With enrollment limited to only 8 participants, you’ll enjoy plenty of hands-on time, personal instruction, and an entertaining experience behind the bar.
Completing the Bartending/Mixology program is not a pre-requisite.
